Overview of Summer:
This summer has been a busy summer. Besides trying to establish myself as someone a business would want to hire, I have been hard at work with summer classes. This summer I took 12 hours worth of classes. What a summer! Right? School, school, and more school. At least I get a 3 week break before classes start.
So why did I start this blog?
I decided to start this blog after reading (more like listening) to the book Recession Proof Graduate on Audible. The book discussed the steps to working for free in order to establish yourself as a great worker to the company of your choice. The blog is a way for future employers as well as average, everyday readers to get to know me. It is also a way to better my Google search.
The idea of blogging has always been interesting to me, but I was never sure about what I would blog about or if anyone would ever be interested in what I had to say. Now I know that those things really do not matter. I will blog because it is fun to express my thoughts on different trends and things that go on in life and because no matter how many people read and agree or disagree, I know that I can change one persons life with the things that I say.
How often will I blog?
My blog posts will vary. I know that different things happen in the world to day if I’m going to give my thoughts on the events that occur, they will vary.
Last Thought:
I am very excited to have started my blog. This is going to be a very fun and new thing for me. The topics of each blog entry will vary. I am so excited to read my own thoughts and fully understand how I think as a person. I am also excited to see how my opinions change as I grow as a person.
